Answers

The short version.

Do I need a StarryKit account?+

Yes. OAuth connects the host agent to your account and the access grant you choose.

What can a connected agent access?+

Only the workspace or folders you explicitly grant, at read or read-write level. The scope is reviewable, adjustable, and revocable at any time.

How are privacy and third-party clients handled?+

Only authorized content needed for a tool result is returned to the connected AI client. The provider's own data terms apply after it receives that content.

Can the agent publish a Draft without me?+

No. MCP never exposes Draft accept or drop. You make that decision in the StarryKit UI.

What about an agent that is not listed?+

The shared Skill and Hosted MCP are designed for compatible hosts, but we only mark a host available after its real install, OAuth, and tool flow is verified.
